14-day right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days (the right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity). To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the same way as is permitted for testing the goods in a physical store. The returned product must be complete, i.e. contain all items included in the product packaging. If the product was purchased as part of a campaign where another product was added to the goods, the entire set of products must be returned. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the return application (see below) or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the moodulkorstnad24.ee online store will refund to the buyer all fees received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application. The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the item, depending on which occurs first. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the moodulkorstnad24.ee online store, is not required to refund the consumer the cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method.
