A basic element in chimney systems for efficient and safe flue gas discharge, used in straight sections to achieve the required height. Suitable for various types of fuel and all types of equipment operating on both natural and forced draft.
An insulated chimney pipe is a basic element in chimney systems for efficient and safe flue gas discharge, used in straight sections to achieve the required height. Such pipes are suitable for various types of fuel and all types of equipment operating on both natural and forced draft. Safe and convenient to use, as well as marked with the CE mark and complying with the current European Union standard requirements.
The chimney elements of the double-walled system are made of stainless steel. Between the inner and outer chimney parts there is a 50 mm thick basalt stone wool insulation, which protects the pipe from cooling and condensation. The inner pipe is symmetrically centered in relation to the outer casing, which guarantees quick and easy assembly. The inner wall is made of stainless, acid and heat-resistant steel, and its thickness is not less than 0.5 mm. The outer shell is made of stainless polished steel, the seams are welded. The flue pipes are connected by the “one to another” method, and the joints are additionally secured with clamps or rivets.
